Three Schools One Book Program

CR-B Book Clubs Starting in October

The Three Schools One Book Program will take on a different look this year at Coon Rapids-Bayard School.  The program is still incorporating a collaboration between three of our area school districts: Audubon, Exira-EHK, and Coon Rapids-Bayard, but grades and time spans will be changing.  The three school districts this year will all read the same book PK-4 in the Spring.  The book title will remain a secret until then. . . .

Annual Trish Jackson Walk to School Day

CR-B students participated in the 8th Annual Trish Jackson Walk to School Day, which was also held in conjunction with International Walk to School and Fall Fun Fitness Day. The event honors Trish Jackson, CR-B school nurse who passed away suddenly. Trish always promoted living healthy lives, so the walk is a very fitting way to memorialize her.
