On Thursday, March 19, Coon Rapids-Bayard Elementary held a Family Reading Night from 6:30 to 7:30. Around 80 people enjoyed a concert by Chad Elliott in the auditorium. Chad lives locally and is an international award-winning songwriter. He has written and illustrated the children’s storybook Wilderman’s Treetop Tales .
