CR-B FFA Members Attend 95th National FFA Convention & Expo
On October 25-28th, 13 FFA members from the Coon Rapids-Bayard FFA Chapter joined more that 69,500 members and supporters from across the country at the 95th National FFA Convention and Expo in Indianapolis, IN. At the convention these members developed their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. They attended the Opening Session of the convention where they listened to keynote speaker Tamika Catchings inspire them to be B.O.L.D. and find their purpose. The members developed their leadership skills at workshops and visited with agricultural business men and women about career opportunities in agriculture. Our members witnessed FFA members from across the nation compete in leadership contests such as creed speaking and prepared public speaking. The 13 members also took tours at Beck's Hybrids Headquarters, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Elanco Animal Health, and Fair Oaks Robotic Dairy Farm & Pig Operation.
