Blank Park Zoo: Animals With Character
Kathy McKee, from Blank Park Zoo, visited the Robert Deal Elementary to present a Character Counts Assembly on Friday, January 13, 2012. She brought in four different animals as her examples. The program was made possible because Mrs. Gunderson took a Blank Park Zoo class, "Zoo as a Teaching Tool (Habitats and Adaptations)" this past summer. Volleyball Banquet
The Coon Rapids-Bayard Volleyball High School team recently held its year end-banquet from the 2011 season. The Crusaders went 23-9 in 2011 and lost in the Regional Final to Woodward-Granger.
