CR-B High School Announcements

Attention Senior:  The Iowa Pork Foundation President's Scholarship is now available in Mr. Orlano's office. 

Rotary will be postponed today.  Keep looking in the bulletin for the next two seniors for Thursday, March 27th .  Thanks

 

Weightlifting hours over the Easter Break will be:

   * Thursday, March 20th   6:30a.m. to 7:30a.m.

   * Saturday, March 22nd    7:30a.m. to 8:30a.m.

   * Monday, March 24th     7:30a.m. to 8:30a.m.

Mr. Halstead will supervise!

 

CR-B Intermediate Announcements

GOOD MORNING!

 

New books have arrived in the Media Center and are ready to be checked out.  Motorcycle Mania series: by David Armentrout   Dirt Bikes, Choppers, Drag Bikes, Touring Bikes, Sport Bikes, and SpeedwayBikes  If you are a motorcycle fan, these books are for you. This series of books provides an up-close book at some of the world’s most popular motorbikes and the thrill of riding them.

 

Pirate Reading Challenge 12 Days left - challenge ends Monday, March 31.

 

Bowling will start Tuesday. Don’t forget your money if you haven’t brought it yet.

 

Thursday Band Lessons

There will be no Spanish club after school on Tuesday.

 

Softball pitching will start Tuesday, 6:30, at the softball field.  You need to bring a catcher with you.

 

Have a very Happy Easter and a four day week-end.  Classes will resume Tuesday.

WELLNESS TIP:  The Best Calcium Source: Tablets, chews, fortified juices, dairy products -- where should you get your calcium? One recent study suggests dairy is best, with a calcium supplement thrown in for good measure. In the study, women who got at least 70 percent of their calcium from dairy -- and the rest from supplements -- had better bone mineral density than the supplement-only group.
