Dan Spooner grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa and graduated from Storm Lake High school in 1991. His favorite subject in high school was History. His most favorite sport back then was football. After he graduated he went to collage at Colorado State University and later on to Buena Vista University and majored in History.
Some of his first jobs included a paper route in 5th grade, Pizza Hut, concert security and Alternative High School Teacher. He coached High School Basketball for 3 years, Junior High Track for 2 years, Junior High Basketball for 2 years, High School Volleyball for 1 year, and High School Football for 10 years, he is now coaching High School Football for Coon Rapids-Bayard. His favorite class to teach is American History and he has been teaching for 10 years.
Dan Spooner got married in 1997 and his wife's name is Misty they have 2 kids Easton and Andan. His favorite hobby is attending auto races and football games. He has 2 pets that are dogs. His favorite type of music is Rock. His favorite memories are the births of his sons, marrying his wife, flying to denver to watch CSU play Colorado for the last 2 years. His Favorite place to eat is Famous Dave's. The kind of car that he drives is a Ford Contour or a Chevy Suburban. His most favorite sports teams is the Minnesota Vikings for the NFL and Minnesota Wild for the NHL.
